JESUS IS OUR PASTOR

When we say that Jesus Christ is our Senior Pastor, we really mean that.  It is more than just a concept, for we implement this belief into our philosophies and methods here at Cross Life Church…including our teaching and preaching.

MULTIPLE VOICES

One of these aspects is that while we have a Lead Pastor (Tracy Larson), we believe in pluralistic eldership of the church.  In other words, we believe that there should be multiple voices helping lead, encourage, and helping people to follow Christ.  We don’t believe in exclusively following the “one guy” mentality, but by having a team of leaders there can be better accountability, broader discipleship, and deeper insights as God’s Scriptures are revealed each week.

SPEAKING TRUTH

As you listen to these sermons, you will hear from many voices and perspectives.  The leadership team spends time searching Scriptures and listening in prayer to what Jesus has to say to His people; we therefore have sermon series that review biblical themes, topics or even chapters and books that are systematically taught as God would so have us communicate.
